4-Ingredient Biscoff Truffles

Time for a really quick and easy on the go treat for anyone of all ages to make. And you really can not go wrong with the recipe it is so easy to follow along, with the bonus of not needing any fancy equipment. All you will need is a rolling pin, 2 bowls one for mixing the ingredients and another for melting the chocolate, a tray with baking paper and a fork for the finishing touches.

1. Inspired by Jane Patisserie

If your anything like me, you have a serious soft spot for Biscoff. The rich, caramelized flavour is unmatched. So when I came across Jane Patisseries Truffles, I had to try them - and let me tell you, they are every bit as dreamy as they sound.

2. What makes them special?

These are creamy, indulgent and ridiculously easy to make truffles. With just a few simple ingredients and zero fancy techniques and equipment needed! Therefore, you can whip these up in not time.

The best part is that there is no baking required. These treats can be the perfect gift and  great for sharing (or lets be real eating straight from the fridge when set)

3. Ingredients needed:

- 250g Biscoff Biscuits

- 125g soft cream cheese

- 200g white chocolate

- 25g Biscoff Spread

4. Instructions':

  • Using a bowl and rolling pin, crush the biscoff biscuits until they are fine crumbs.
  • Keep 1tbsp of biscuit crumbs for later.
  • Add the soft cream cheese to the bowl of crushed biscuit crumbs and  mix together in the bowl, until the mixture combines creating a thick mixture.
  • Once mixed, using two teaspoons create a good portion size for each individual truffle and seperate and then roll each portion into a ball.
  • Place each ball of truffle mixture onto a lined baking tray and place in the freezer for 30minutes.
  • Once chilled, move onto melting the white chocolate in a bowl until it is smooth.
  • In a separate small bowl melt the biscoff spread and have the biscuit crumbs near by for decorating.
  • Carefully coat each truffle in the white chocolate and then place onto freshly lined tray.
  • Using a fork dip it into the melted biscoff spread and drizzle it over the top of the truffles, then add some biscuit crumbs for extra decoration!
  • Repeat until all truffles are covered and decorated.
  • Refrigerate your truffles for around an hour or may be longer (until they are set), and then they are ready to enjoy!

5. Tips for Perfect Truffles

  • Use good quality Biscoff spread—it makes a noticeable difference!

  • Don’t skip chilling; it helps the truffles hold their shape and makes dipping easier.

  • If your chocolate seizes or thickens, add a teaspoon of coconut oil or vegetable oil to smooth it out.
